Essex Hummer Hire is part of 1st Direct Cars Ltd. Currently we are still the only VOSA Licensed Limo Hire Company operating in Essex to carry 9 to 16 passengers in a hired Limousine. (October 2014). Without a VOSA licence for your Limo Hire party i.e. comforming to current Ministry of Transport regulations - clients are uninsured (not a risk you would sensibly take when hiring a Limo for your children to go on a School Prom!).
